We are proud to have a multicultural team that recognizes a variety of backgrounds, skills and perspectives.About the jobAs Distribution Manager, your responsibilities will include:Develop and execute strategies to build a distribution network, expand market penetration, and grow existing accounts in the coffee sector Worldwide.Cultivate and manage relationships with key distributors to supply Incapto products to hotels, restaurants, offices, catering companies… Maintain meticulous forecasts and pipelines to stimulate revenue growth across the region.Collect customer forecasts and promotional initiatives to generate precise business projections.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to devise customer-centric solutions that drive business growth.Serve as the representative of Incapto at relevant exhibitions and conferences to enhance company visibility.Monitor customer account strategies, devise contingency plans as necessary, and furnish market insights to recalibrate focus and resource allocation.Provide exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day accounts to establish Incapto as the preferred supplierAbout you Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in deal closure and account management. Valid driver's license.Availability for travel as required by the position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.Proven experience in managing international distribution channels.Demonstrated expertise in international trade practices, including import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade agreements.Native Spanish speaker.Proficiency in English at a professional level.About our offer💶 Base salary + variable based on objectives.🚀 Opportunity to take on more responsibility within the team and continue growing and developing.
