Work directly with global product & commercial leadership to best match client needs with our product strategy Lead & develop the global Solutions Architects team Oversee top retailer pitches, solution designs and contract negotiations Be the voice of the market in internal roadmap discussions, identify positioning & product gaps in Criteo’s offering Represent Criteo’s Retail Media business both internally and externally Who You Are.
Fluent English speaker Great people leader, able to lead a global team of senior contributors & build cross functional connections Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve difficult problems Candidate needs to be autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business Strong interpersonal skills.
