DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT – CRM MARKETING

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Director to lead our CRM Marketing team. As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organizationEducation & Professional QualificationsA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.Knowledge / ExperienceProven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on CRM Marketing products.In-depth experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and rolloutProven ability to strategically plan and prioritize CRM Marketing features and functionalities based on business value and impact within the context of the broader GDP program.Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying and resolving technical challenges related to CRM Marketing integration, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment of integration efforts with overall program goals.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in integrating marketing products with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent solutions, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of product ownership, to contribute to efficient project planning, coordination, and delivery.Experience in developing user training materials and providing support for CRM Marketing users during and after the integration process.NICE TO HAVEFamiliarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) incl.
