Our Team You will be integrated in the CHC Digital Supply Chain Planning team, whose purpose is to manage the Supply Chain Planning solution portfolio, roadmap and projects globally for CHC GBU.
This mainly includes Kinaxis application and integration layer with other functions (i.
.
SAP, Analytics).
It covers S&OP / IBP, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning & CMO management.
Your main accountability will be.
Create and maintain the product roadmap according to business roadmap Frame features requirements, prioritize and ensure delivery Support product adoption with Business owner at general scale Implement value generating functionalities and measure their performance Are you ready to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s health? ️ What you'll do Roadmap Create & update the product roadmap Maintain the product & business roadmaps alignment Delivery Structure technical requirements Write and communicate features, user stories and acceptance criteria Ensure technical & functional features alignment with business roadmap Develop and communicate product vision, strategy & expected added value Administrate and prioritize the backlog Ensure the delivery of features Deploy & Run Support product adoption on a large scale Collaborate with the business owner to facilitate product adoption Ensure the proper functioning of services on a large scale Contributes actively to Operational excellence (risk management and supervision /contribution to Problem root causes analysis, as extension of L3 support) Value Implement value generating functionalities Measure functionalities performance What we offer Immersion in the CHC environment and opportunity to work with a great team with diverse and highly advanced skill sets.

External partners Other digital functions About you Experience Significant experience as functional leader / product owner / project manager in supply chain planning domain.
Experience on Kinaxis as a major differentiator Significant experience in full cycle project implementation in Production/Distribution Planning Experienced in meeting facilitation, agile methods, lean IS approach Experience in industry, preferably in FMCG industry or pharma Technical skills.
Information technology knowledge and mindset Functional expertise on Planning Systems/APS (Kinaxis, SAP APO, JDA…) as a must Kinaxis Rapid Response hands-on experience as a major differentiator Expertise on application integration with execution systems (SAP, Planning systems/APS) Soft skills.
Lean & Agile practices Business Acumen Transversal collaboration Strategic thinking Decision Making Business Partnership Change Management Good communication skills that can adapt to different teams and personality types Ability to commit strongly and daily to the project, vision, team, and the business.
Education.
Engineer degree (industrial engineering, information technology) APICS-CPIM / CSCP as advantageous Languages.
Advanced English.
Spanish/French is a plus.
