00a0 She or he will gather and prioritize customer needs and business opportunities, define the product vision and deliver solutions by working closely with all business departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals are met.
00a0 u00a0 u00a0 ABOUT THE JOB u00a0 Be obsessed with customer problems and business opportunitiesu00a0 Defineu00a0and analyze metrics around the product to understand opportunities u00a0 Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products u00a0 Craft the product roadmap and communicate the shared product vision across the whole company, building consensus and mutual understanding around priorities and delivered value.
u00a0 Drive execution by running product development with a digital cross-functional team u00a0 Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction u00a0 Deliver products that are recognized best in the industry in an evolving environment with fluid processesu00a0 ABOUT YOU u00a0 Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
u00a0 Experience with Agile and Scrum as a Product Manager u00a0 Experience developing e-commerce products, technologies, and platforms u00a0 Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
