By prioritizing outreach plans and understanding client needs, you'll tailor solutions to meet their goals. With expertise in local business nuances, you'll customize experiences for advertisers, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions.Your proactive engagement with clients will ensure optimal product performance and continuous improvement. By staying curious and continuously learning, you'll develop expert knowledge of our advertising solutions, contributing to the enhancement of ad products and customer experiences.Together, we empower businesses to thrive in the digital landscape.What will you do?Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goalsManage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility for growing revenue for their business and our clientPrioritize outreach plans across your assigned portfolio based on understanding of clients and their needsResearch and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business modelsExperienced and well versed with local business nuances to customize the experience for local advertisersIdentify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needsImprove clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoptionProactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights to optimizeShare ideas to improve ad products and the customer experienceDevelop expert working knowledge of our clients advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performanceExhibit curiosity by actively teaching yourself and othersYou will be put through a vey dynamic 3-4 weeks onboarding and training plan on customer service and communication skills, shadowing sessions, and state-of-the-art product knowledge and CRM systems. (By the way, be ready to make so good friends during this time!)Who are we looking for?Applicants must have professional-level proficiency in Russian & professional-level proficiency in English3 years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience working in relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketingKnowledge and understanding of advertisingExperienced and excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling over the course of a relationshipStrong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
