About the Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in the sports betting industry, you'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels.
Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques will be instrumental in maximizing brand visibility and driving growth in the competitive sports betting market.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Create compelling and engaging digital content, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages, to attract and convert target audiences.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns for performance and ROI, conducting A/B testing, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the sports betting industry, leveraging insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Stay abreast of advancements in digital marketing technology and platforms, incorporating new tools and techniques into digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for sports and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to drive business results.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling digital content and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
