DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Create and curate blog content and manage the websites of 10+ European websites.Design content marketing strategies and set short and mid-term goals.Hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), SEO, and display.Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.Understanding of A/B testing and user segmentation.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.These are the requirements:BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a digital marketing B2B role.Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth, specifically in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.Proficient in marketing automation tools.Experience in WordPress or similar CMSs.InDesign and Illustrator knowledge is a plus.Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Native or excellent proven English is a must (ability to communicate clearly and precisely to different audiences both orally and in writing complex ideas).
