DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Role Purpose/Business Unit.

This role is specifically responsible for managing VodaPay paid media campaigns on Google  Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and TikTok.
A deep experience of performance marketing, strategic planning and buying is an absolute must.

This position provides a unique opportunity to create and implement cutting-edge digital strategies.
This role will sit within Vodacom Financial services, which has been identified as an acceleration unit within the greater Vodacom group.
The ambition is to expand its product offering, and diversify its clientele.
Your responsibilities will include.
Digital campaign strategy and implementation on VodaPay Manage campaign budgets and continually optimize ROI Analyze campaign performance data Collaborate with cross-functional teams Ensure effective digital strategies and tactics are in place to encourage uptake, usage, transactions and revenue for the VodaPay app.
Proactively expand and improve campaigns based on  business needs/KPIs Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on campaigns Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal VFS teams through exceptional client service Drive breakthrough Google & Meta marketing innovation as well as Twitter (X) and TikTok.
Driving commercial & operational targets for the social content domain – sales, revenue, profitability, user experience quality measures, adoption of the products and services Craft Facebook / Meta advertising campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals, target specific demographics and interests, and determine budget allocation.
Continuously test different ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options to improve campaign performance Set up conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness and implement attribution models to understand the impact of different touchpoints on conversions.
Utilize Facebook's targeting options to reach the right users, including lookalike audiences and custom audiences, and refine targeting based on campaign performance.
Prepare reports and executive summaries with actionable suggestions for improvement.
Assist in the management of performance media channels, inclusive of Paid Search, DV360, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Campaign Strategy & Planning.
Define campaign goals, target audiences, budget allocation, and campaign timelines.
Work effectively with designers, UX / UI teams, and other marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
Develop and implement various audience strategies based on business requirements Maintain ongoing daily / weekly / monthly reporting and formulate insights based on performance data and channel trends.
Ongoing monitoring of performance to plan across business and customer KPI’s.
In-App measurement and tracking (actions and revenues) Track key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions), analyze data, and generate reports to measure campaign success.
The Ideal candidate for this role will have.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
3 year Business related Degree or National Diploma  Google certifications (Search, Display and DV360) Facebook Certifications (Strategy, Planning and Buying)   Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
Minimum of 5 - 8yrs relevant experience essential in.
Experience in running app campaigns, UAC and UACe is crucial A deep understanding of various reporting and ad serving tools, such as, Adjust, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium A solid understanding of media strategy, implementation and performance across all media channels including radio, TV, outdoor, sponsorships, premium display, mobile display, programmatic, advertising networks, search, influencer marketing and paid social Ability to conceptualise and enhance customer experience across the entire digital journey, with strong focus on improving digital customer service touch points Ability to conceptualise and enhance customer experience across the entire customer journey, with strong focus on channel attribution / app marketing.
Experience with Social Media Data Analytics  Experience with tracking campaigns in app analytic tools such as Adjust Providing digital research, analysis and insight generation for all business activities Rigorous ROI and data analysis using various sources to guide business strategy.
