🧑💼 Job Opportunity: Digital Acquisition Manager
We are seeking an outstanding Digital Acquisition Manager who will play a pivotal role in advancing SolarMente's acquisition strategy. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to redefine the approach from strategy to execution. This isn't merely a job; it's an opportunity to build something from the ground up and witness the direct impact of your efforts.
🎖 Key Requirements
Proven experience in B2C Digital Acquisition, preferably in startup projects and/or large companies/brands
Expertise in marketing, communication, and project management is a plus
Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are necessary. In charge of the external agencies
Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English (minimum B1)
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or related fields. Nevertheless, we prioritize talent, experience, and motivation over the CV."
🥅 Your Mission
Develop and execute 360º effective user acquisition strategies to drive growth
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, online advertising, and other unconventional digital sources
Manage, optimize, and automate communication flows (emailing, WhatsApp, others) with CRM to re-engage leads.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize them to improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive acquisition strategy.
Administer and optimize the user acquisition budget.
Conduct A/B testing.
🏆 Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in user acquisition or growth
Ability to analyze key metrics and translate them into effective strategies
Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable knowledge in WordPress, HTML, basic CSS and AI tools
Proficient in using platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Advanced knowledge in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and data analysis.
Understanding user journey and the acquisition funnels
