What will be your mission? Lead and mentor a skilled DevOps team, fostering technical growth and strong team dynamics; Own and evolve robust, secure infrastructures across hybrid and cloud environments; Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible; Contribute to strategic tech decisions and incident response, ensuring operational excellence in highly regulated environments (e.
., PCI DSS); Take an active role in code reviews, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
What will make you triumph in this position? Degree in Computer Engineering or similar; Solid experience in DevOps roles (minimum 5 years) and technical leadership; Mastery of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD; Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, ELK, FluentBit, etc.); Knowledge of environments regulated by standards such as PCI DSS; Passion for technological innovation, team spirit and hands-on mindset; Fluent level of English.
