Job Role Related Content (Role specific) JOB DESCRIPTION  Personnel with at-least 5+ years of experience in Telecom Domain, Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance.
Utilize data & ideas to identify revenue leakages, capture loopholes and provide insights to management basis which business decisions can be taken.
Majorly involved in various Rating and billing validation checks as part of daily BAU, raising tickets and resolving with adequate changes required.
Review new plans and products introduced by OPCO and do end to end testing and rating validation to avoid revenue leakages proactively.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Strong domain knowledge by which able to do reconciliation of Contract vs Invoicing and able to detect the missing elements which can impact entire revenue line item  Partnering and working closely with internal as well as cross functional team to support business product/process.
Responsible for performing revenue audits across different OPCO markets.
Automate/improve current tasks and implement automation solutions (using Python/VBA/Macros).
Primary Skills  Should possess good understanding of rating and billing process with at least 4-6 years hands on experience in Telecom Rating and Billing domain of revenue assurance expertise.
Experience in different Billing Systems like - Oracle BRM or any Other Telecom Billing Product (Amdocs, Huawei, Geneva etc.)  Understanding of Rating, Billing and Invoice validation concepts.
SQL/ Python hands on experience.
Data Visualization Tool like Power BI.
Candidate must carry strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Good leadership, defect management and tracking skills required.
