•    Responsible for developing and managing the roadmap for common services / technology enablers like onsite search, SEO, content and accessibility.
•    Strong technical and agile software development process knowledge, with previous experience managing and optimising Agile Software Release and Delivery.
•    Experience in Value Delivery scaled Agile models, multiple teams, systems, Scrum Masters, Product Owners.
Support all disciplines in all stages of product lifecycle.
•    Experience in a similar delivery-oriented role in an organisation adopting agile practices and behaviours.
•    Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills/collaborative style and the ability to establish strong working relationships and influence peers and stakeholders.
•    Be able to describe how you will implement effective tracking, coordination, communication and resolution of dependencies without adding process overhead.
•    Accountable for ensuring Key metrics are defined and reported, supporting key areas of Value delivery, Flow/TTM and Quality.
•    Be the escalation point for removing any impediments to progress, and facilitator for resolution.
Understanding business context technical complexity is key.
•    Be able to describe how you will provide effective stakeholder communication and information.
•    Facilitate regular or as required updates across Agile Delivery leadership to update on Delivery and Improvement progress.
•    Advocate continuous improvement through improvements to current delivery processes, removing bottlenecks and improving quality and speed of throughput.
•    Coach teams to ensure value is prioritised and optimised and is ready for release each iteration.
•    Demonstrate key leadership skills and the ability to coach in diverse and distributed multi-vendor Agile delivery process.
•    Great communicator, growth mindset •    Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins (or similar)   Even Better if.
•    Experience supporting business level reporting, measuring and demonstrating value to senior leadership by maintaining reports and tools to share released value and value pending release.
•    Technical capability to determine Enablers required for a technical roadmap to support Agile delivery at scale.
