Our principal focuses as regards to this position are in the areas of.
Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor.
Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections.
Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights.
our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work.
Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis.
Requirements.
Degree in Business / Economics or engineering.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
2-3 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, financial reporting/controlling or corporate finance.
Strong analytical skills strong interpersonal skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx).
Flexibility to travel.
