As a Data Management Coordinator in our Data Office, you will play a vital role in this journey.
Your expertise will help us harness the immense potential of data to drive business value, shape innovative healthcare solutions, and pave the way for advancements in AI applications.
This role is about more than managing data; it's also being a part of a dynamic team that is at the heart of our digital transformation.
You will be responsible for.
·        Establish metrics and coordinate programs to accelerate Data Governance practices across business and tech teams, ensuring compliance and privacy regulations.
·        Define and track KPIs to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user goals and product performance.
·        Own intake commitment, roadmap and quality of work product for a value stream(s).
·        Engage the business teams through data democratization initiatives such as Self-Service BI and Data Catalog implementation.
·        Be a leader in our agile squad, balancing business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency ·        Collaborates with multiple data domains.
Support data stewards in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Education.
·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience and Skills.
Required.
·        A minimum of 4 years with relevant data and analytics experience, preferably with data governance.
·        People leadership experience.
·        ---- Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
Including ETL and Data Ecosystem (e.
.
AWS, Azure, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).---- ·        Ability to conduct data governance initiatives and programs.
·        Able to serve as a change agent in a data-driven culture which is focused on embracing digital practices and leveraging data governance knowledge.
·         Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the problem forward.
·        Strong capacity to drive and manage multiple competing initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement mindset.
·        Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, MVPs) and frameworks (SAFe).
·        Superb interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to explain data concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
·        Passion for learning, sharing and implementing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Other.
·        Advanced Business English oral and written skills.
·        Intermediate Portuguese is a plus.
