DATA ARCHITECT & ANALYTICS MANAGER

Reporting to the Group FP&A Manager, the Data Architect and Analytics Manager manages a team responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining comprehensive automated financial reporting tools and workflows to support the vision and long-term roadmap for data strategy of our corporate finance department, contributing with the other member of FP&A department. Oversee post-implementation developments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless business operations. Develop and mentor reporting analysts to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment and prepare them for success within the company. Ensure the accuracy, stability, and scalability of financial reports, align reporting with global best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate and align data. Implement alerts and controls for key metrics to promptly identify deviations and drive risk-reducing actions.RESPONSABILITIES: Develop and maintain global financial reporting systems that provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes. Work with IT and other stakeholders to build out a complete suite of automated reports.Supporting a team of FP&A analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Translate business requirements into actionable user-friendly tools.Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends.Align reporting across all the systems to effectively monitor implementation success.Follow the standard reporting timelines with no delays.Ensure stability and scalability of reports, tools and automations. Set up automatic alerts to identify errors in the automations and refresh of the reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and enforcing best practices in data management and reporting processes.Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement, and present findings to key stakeholders.Lead the development and optimization of financial reporting tools and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.Train and support end-users on reporting tools and systems, promoting self-service reporting capabilities.Work closely with all internal stakeholders to improve user experience.Ensure best practices implementation to improve service to business stakeholders.EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a reporting or business intelligence role, with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial capacity.Proven results in the development of a high performing team and the development of the team membersExperience developing ETL processes. Relational databases knowledge (SQL) and programming skills (SQL, Python). Experience developing visualization tools as an architect/developer in Power BI.Experience designing and developing data models that can feed visualization tools.Experience developing and streamlining automation processes. Experience managing large datasets and optimizing internal database processes.Experience translating requirements into actionable business solutions.Proved experience with Project Management (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting and short-term planning).Experience with change management.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: English C1Bacherlos´s Degree in Finance or Business or EngineeringBusiness/Administration MBA
