We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission: This role is essential to ensure the protection and security of our systems, data and digital resources, as well as to lead and execute projects related to information security.Responsibilities:Manage security projects from planning to implementation and monitoring.Collaborate with other software development teams to integrate security into all stages of the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).Implement and manage cloud security solutions to ensure the protection of data and applications.Develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies to control access to digital resources.Conduct risk assessments and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing solutions.Stay up to date on trends and best practices in information security and emerging technologies.What we are looking for:-Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and administration of IAM solutions.-Experience in cybersecurity and project management.-Knowledge of cloud security, DevSecOps, IAM and other security technologies.-Ability to design and implement effective and scalable security solutions.excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.-Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems efficiently.-Possession of information security certifications will be positively valued.”-Ability to manage risks and adapt to technological changes: ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with technological infrastructures, as well as to adapt to new trends and opportunities.-University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or another related field.-Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological infrastructure management positions.-Proficiency in English: level C1 or higher.-Communication and adaptability skills: ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors, both internal and external, and to adapt to different environments and situations.What we offer our employees:• You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.• We offer you a learning journey adapted to your professional experience.• You will work for a world- renowned company in Automotive sector.• You can find an Open Environment to learn new technologies.• We can offer you a competitive salary, benefits and valuable OEM discounts.Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
