As a **“Customer Success Manager Uk and Rest of the World” **you will be responsible for the following activities.
Proactive customer support.
You will be responsible for a defined customer portfolio (around 400 clients).
You will be responsible for the integration of new customers and will put forward ideas and new products to optimise the performance of your customers’ online shops.
You know your customers and are able to identify the potential for optimisation of their online shops, because you don’t just want your customers to be happy, you want them to be successful! Communication and customer service.
You are the first point of contact for customers with questions and support them with your e-commerce skills.
Identifying potential.
You are fully aware of the daily objectives and challenges of an online shop.
This is where you come into play to successfully position our technologies.
Interface.
You are the interface between customers and IT and product support.
As such, you help to develop tailor-made solutions for your customers.
Customer type.
you will be working with English speaking Tech & Mid Touch customersThe position is 100% English speaking, so you have already been a CSM using English on a daily basisThe english is, also, the official language at Trusted ShopsYou already have at least several years of experience as a CSM tech or mid touch, onboarding or customer relations manager.
echnical knowledge of e-commerce and web SAAS is a plusYou are proactive and want to contribute to the improvement of the CSM B.
