You'll author business requirement documents that blend market insights with innovative specs and compelling seller narratives—all to fuel lean and agile development.Your Role:Alibaba is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist that can help develop writing for our Alibaba’s products and service experiences across various touchpoints in Spain. We’re looking for someone who can be resourceful, flexible, and can effectively prioritize their work to be part of the Content Design Team, a team responsible of assuring the quality and consistency of all the content experience.We partner with designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to deliver compelling content solutions. Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Together with these cross-functional partners, set the vision for the user experience and build the space for others to collaborate.Though the main focus of this role will be Content Designer, this person will need to be comfortable writing content for multiple channels, including landing pages, emails, and short articles.We are a fast-paced company with an entrepreneurial spirit, you would be expected to work well with ambiguity, deliver results, and have a collaborative attitude to bring original, innovative, and creative experiences as well as solutions that work in the real world.You will be based in Madrid and collaborate with distributed teams across the globe, working on the most advanced e-commerce in existence today and tomorrow.Key responsibilities:● Understand Spanish market E-commerce platform local player of buyer reverse(including return, refund etc process)experience and design related operation flow● Cooperate with customer service team and related partners to design reverse customer service flow to improve buyer reverse experience and solve buyer escalations● Buyer reverse policy rules design and setup to well delivery platform reverse buyer experience flow● Work with Product development and tech team to launch system functionality as service operation requiredQualifications:● Bachelor's Degree or above,3-5 years of work experience in reverse field with E-commerce platform experience, fully understand buyer reverse experience flow● Understand Spanish E-commerce market,customer-centric mindset, has the desire to push for changes which create impact and value for the organization● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. results driven-focus on operations, deliverable and able to work under pressure● Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and relatively unstructured environment● Fluent in Spanish and English(with Italian prefered)● Base in MadridWhy Miravia?At Miravia, you'll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and encourages innovative thinking.
