Proven experience in same position on board of cruise line 2.
You should have a strong track record of managing staff, coordinating teams, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Your background will include experience in overseeing large-scale operations, organizing and executing programs, and ensuring that all staff work cohesively toward a common goal.
4.
Fluency in English and at least two other European languages (such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is essential for effective communication with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
5.
Your journey should also reflect strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in frenetic environments.
