YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Salesforce team.
In this role, you will lead Go-to-Market initiatives for functionalities developed by the Salesforce Technical team, bridging the gap between business and technology, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful projects.
THE JOURNEY Go-to-Market Leadership.
Spearheading initiatives for new and existing Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption by users and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate technical functionalities into business terms.
Requirement Gathering.
Collecting and aligning business needs with technical capabilities across diverse teams.
Project Execution.
Working closely with the Salesforce Technical team to prioritize, plan, and execute projects.
Data Analysis.
Analyzing data to estimate the impact of initiatives and support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management.
Maintaining clear communication and managing expectations across teams in 22 countries.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing and executing projects, ideally within Salesforce or similar CRM environments.
Strong affinity for technical aspects such as relational databases, SQL, and data analysis.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and align them with technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project outcomes and track success through adoption KPIs.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE.
Prior experience with Salesforce platforms or tools.
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
Experience in change management or driving user adoption of new systems and functionalities.
