CRM MANAGER SPEACIALIST

We are looking for a HubSpot-savvy, hands-on CRM Specialist to join the Customer Marketing team with for two important missions.
improve Customer Marketing efficiency in the execution of its initiatives and reduce the team’s dependency on one-shot campaigns by leading the strategy, execution and optimisation of always-on strategies aligned with our company goals.
We are looking for a senior profile, preferably with experience in the B2B SaaS realm, who has a crush with email marketing, is ready to deep-dive into our Customer Journey to improve performance and will become a reference in Customer-based opportunities for other stakeholders.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept.
Own the generation of upsell opportunities through always-on strategies based, for example, on email marketing automation, to guarantee a regular flow of deals and impact on the upselling pipeline.
Execute end-to-end emailing and automation strategies throughout our Customer Journey to push for the main goals of the team.

Define, execute and optimise strategies that approach relevant moments of our Customer Journey —such as a referral program— to impact customer-related goals and new customer acquisition.
CRM Specialist (Lifecycle Marketing) 1 Own deal assignation for customer marketing strategies and contribute to upsell pipeline meetings to make sure we generate the correct quality opportunities and they move through the pipeline efficiently.
Build segmentation lists based on our ICP and campaign targeting to support the team in the successful execution of our initiatives.
Build workflows and all CRM assets necessary to support the team in the successful execution of our initiatives.
Track and analyze customer marketing campaigns results, translating data into actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance ROI.
Work with teams across customer experience, product, demand generation, and RevOps to build integrated campaigns.
Guide other Customer Marketing Specialists in areas such as email marketing, analytics or target audience definition to become a more efficient and results-oriented team.
Requisitos You’re a great fit if you… Have a strong background in revenue-focus roles such as CRM marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Are proficient with Hubspot.
You have proven experience with this tool and are fluent with Lists, Workflows, Emails, Campaigns, Reports and Deal Management — among others.
Are a planning mastermind and can independently plan campaigns end-to-end, defining KPIs and measuring results, without needing direction.
Are a result-oriented person and feel comfortable defining specific goals, tracking results and taking action.
Are happy to roll up your sleeves.
You enjoy the day-to-day responsibilities and don’t mind getting your hands dirty with smaller tasks in order to make things happen, specially those related to email creation.
Are a great communicator, with the copywriting skills to create the right emails and communications to meet our goals.
