Your mission is to manage and grow our presence across Spain, driving both expansion and operational excellence.
This role is critical to Ray Studios’ strategy, requiring a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and operational prowess.
Responsibilities Expansion and Growth.
Lead the search for new locations in alignment with our strategic roadmap.
Act as the local liaison for planning and monitoring construction in coordination with our central Expansion team.
Build and onboard high-performing local teams, including center managers and practitioners, and develop local marketing plans to support center launches.
Center Management.
Foster a culture of achievement and customer satisfaction among local teams, manage the network’s P&L, and collaborate with headquarters to adapt and implement group processes and strategies.
Drive brand visibility through smart, cost-effective marketing and partnerships.
Performance Metrics.
Achieve ambitious growth targets, including three new openings this year and expansion into Spain’s top 20 cities within the following two years.
Lead each center to achieve a revenue of €500K in the first year and €1M in the second, maintaining a 30% profitability margin.
equirementsProven experience in retail rollout, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or Horeca sectors, with a minimum of 3 years (5 years for candidates without high potential graduate credentials).

luent in English; French is a plus but not required.
