You will also adhere to local regulations concerning health and safety, brand standards and other local policies. As a brand ambassador you will become a role model and your goal will be to sustain our InterContinental Life. Your day-to-dayPrepare and cook orders in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.Emphasizes guest satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement.Will occasionally interact directly with guests when working out our Arrel Kitchen.Control food usage to minimise waste.Maintain a clean, neat and well-organised work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters.Always follow established safety protocols and procedures. Immediately report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment or any safety incident to the supervisor or manager on duty.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.Other duties in unexpected moments when we must pull together to get a task done.What We Need From YouHigher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel.
