Reporting to the deputy CEO, your main responsibilities will be to.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to support rapid growth of the organization • Set up the Value Chain Services Development strategy • Grow and manage the port and inland operations (stevedoring, transit, storage platforms, inland transportation, consignment stocks, etc.) • Lead an international operations team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement to reach a higher efficiency in operations • Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective operations growth strategies • Make the necessary decisions to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals • Attract, recruit, motivate and retain required members of a high-performance team.
We are looking for a person with at least 8 years of experience in bulk supply chain management, stablishing inland logistics operations from scratch.
You should bring at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain related, coupled with a track record in building trade, operations and sales teams at an international level.
It is also important that you have an execution-driven mindset, leading and inspiring international teams with energy and passion, making sure you define Operations Vision and Plan that are ambitious but achievable.
English fluency is required, Spanish and French are a strong plus.
