CONTENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

As a Content Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating, managing, and optimizing content to enhance user engagement, retention, and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, agency management and user management to ensure that our content strategy aligns with market demands and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital content, a strong understanding of the Germany market, and experience in content management within the live streaming or entertainment industry. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Curation& Scheduling: Curate and manage a diverse range of live streaming content tailored specifically for the Germany market. This includes selecting live events, shows, and broadcasts that resonate with the target audience's preferences and interests. You will be engaged in designing content events for the streamers, so that they can follow the rules and deliver content that we are targeting at. Moreover, you will help develop and maintain a content calendar to strategically schedule live streams and other content releases in the way that you coordinate with content streamers, agency owners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing initiatives.Content Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools and user feedback to analyze content performance metrics such as engagement rates, viewer retention, and audience demographics. Implement strategies to optimize content delivery and improve user experience.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all live streams and on-demand content meet high standards of audiovisual and entertaining quality. You also will be working closely with our content security team to ensure our content meets legality and in compliance with relevant regulations.Content Localization: Work closely with other teams to ensure that all events especially content events are appropriately translated and culturally adapted for the Germany market. This includes localizing titles, descriptions, and any other relevant content elements.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends in the Germany market to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our content strategy. QualificationsNative speaker of German.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.Proven experience in content management, preferably within the live streaming or entertainment industry.Strong understanding of the Germany market, including cultural nuances and audience preferences.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.Proficiency in data analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content optimization.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovate in a fast-paced environment.Passion for digital content and a deep understanding of emerging trends in the live streaming space.
