CONSULTING SENIOR DIRECTOR-ARCHITECTURE

What You Will do We are looking for a Senior Director who, based on Gartner’s research, can help expand Gartner Consulting’s footprint in Architecture, connecting the dots between Enterprise Architecture, and Data, Application, Infrastructure and Security Architecture disciplines.
Gartner Consulting has a solid position in creating, assessing, and assuring architectures to support Digital Transformation, modernize technologies and increase resilience for organizations.
Based on deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture methods and approaches, experience in at least one architecture domain (Data, Application, Infrastructure, Security) and foundational knowledge of the other domains the Senior Director plays a pivotal role in solutioning and leading engagements at our clients, creating direct client impact.
What You will need.
years of experience in relevant architect roles either within a top tier Consulting or Systems Integration company or within architecture functions of large, global organizations.
Good understanding and experience within some of the following topics.
Enterprise Architecture, Data architecture, Business capability modelling, Cloud Architecture, application architecture...
TOGAF or any other equivalent industry standard certification is preferred.
Ability to sell and deliver to strategic projects to clients across various industries A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide constructive/ corrective action when needed Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
