ou will join the Document Management team as a senior member.
The team is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and implementing the various Document Management systems used by the bank.
he primary focus is ensuring the smooth and stable operation of these systems and implementing upgrades and fixes preventing obsolescence.
The ideal candidate will get involved in new projects, onboarding new business areas, consulting with developers and business users, working with them to design, deploy and deliver new configuration to support the bank’s initiatives.

Being a key team member to steer the delivery of the Document Management BluePrint.
eads projects to deliver relevant document management transformation initiatives that contribute to the strategic vision and objectives.
ollaborates with cross-functional teams, to ensure an integrated and seamless delivery process.
elivering 5x9’s product availability as the default for all critical Document Management services, and providing out of hours support on a rota basis approximately one week every five weeks.
eports vulnerabilities and provides recommendations.
anages risk by addressing obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and patching.
nalyses changes with regards to risk and impact to availability.
ests and supports the monitoring of working environments and their maintenance.
eviews and recommends improvements to existing Document Management procedures.
versees configuration and base lining activities of project items.
orks with team in development, upgrades and maintenance of Document Management projects.
rovide support to management in conducting meetings and maintaining project schedules.
XPERIENCE+6 years of related experience.
DUCATIONUniversity degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
KILLS & KNOWLEDGEExtensive experience in installation, upgrades and configuration of IBM Content Manager, IBM Content Manager On Demand and IBM FileNet.
BM Storage Protect installation and configuration expertise.
xperience in Capture and OCR technologies.
ood knowledge of Linux and Windows admin, scripting, and automation.
nowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.
bility to identify and resolve technical issues.
xperience with at least one programming or scripting language preferably Java and/or VB.
etHands-on knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
bility to create and maintain technical documentation.
xcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varied audiences.
bility to manage tasks and prioritize work effectively.
nowledge of technical aspects of a software product; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
nowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
nowledge of the current situation or issue at hand; ability to take full personal responsibility or ownership for assignments, activities, decisions and results.
ome Spanish Knowledge would be a nice to have.
BM DB2 configuration and knowledge would be a nice to have.
BM Websphere configuration would be a nice to have.
CS Storage exposure would be a nice to have.
onfiguration experience in Dynatrace would be a nice to have.
nowledge of installation and configuration of Kofax Capture with KCNS, KTM and Import Connector would be a nice to have along with batch class development expertise.
