e the main on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizersCoordinate event logistics with all relevant departments (banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping)Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specificationsEnsure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real timeAssist with signage, materials, and documentation for eventsMaintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communicationDeliver top-tier guest service with a warm, solution-oriented approachRepresent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personalityWho You Are.
