COMPUTER TECHNICIAN (CO-OP)

As a computer technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various hardware and software systems for our clients.
You will also provide technical support and customer service to our customers and staff.
You will work under the supervision of our information technology manager and learn from their experience and expertise.
Main Responsibilities.
Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems for clients Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computers, printers, scanners, networks, and other devices Provide technical support and customer service to clients and staff via phone, email, or in-person Document and report technical problems and solutions Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, privacy, and confidentiality ¿Es este trabajo para ti?
