om       Job Description.
You will be involved in the following tasks.
· Assist in managing High-Risk investor escalations by conducting compliance AML CTF risk assessments and support the approval process.
· Assist in monitoring Regulatory Watch developments and maintain and update the register.
· Collecting figures/statistics to support the Compliance Manager in preparing reports for the Board of Managers and CSSF.
· Assist in the review of AML related correspondence, including identifying and analyzing deviations in AML letters to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
· Assist in the annual review of Compliance deliverables (including but not exclusively AML risk assessment, Terrorist Financing risk assessment, AML CFT Risk appetite etc).
· Support the coordination and execution of internal and external audits.
· Support cooperation with authorities and ensure accurate maintenance of relevant register.
· Support the review of existing and new policies and processes and implementation of new ones.
· Support the execution of periodic compliance controls across key areas such as AML CFT, GDPR, HR & remuneration, fund services, oversight, and outsourcing, in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
· Contribute to the development of a Compliance and anti-financial crimes framework and culture across Alter Domus group.
· Assist into preparations and deliver of trainings.
· Assist in advising Operational Teams on compliance related matters, particularly in AML CFT, governance, ensuring regulatory alignment and best practices.
YOUR PROFILE.
· University Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Management or Business Administration.
A Master degree is considered a plus.
· 0-2 years’ experience in a Compliance and/or AML role in a financial service industry or an auditing firm, or bank, or consultancy providing support to a financial service provider on Compliance or AML.
· You have thorough understanding of Know Your Customer and knowledge of EU Compliance and AML related regulation.
Any knowledge on Financial Crimes related topics is considered a plus.
· You have a professional level of English (spoken and written), any additional European language is a plus.
· You have excellent analytical, organisational and reporting skills, and written communication skills.
You are rigorous, learn quickly and strive for results.
· You can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
