Communications Specialist About the Job We are seeking a creative, experienced, and dynamic communications expert to be fully responsible for strategic and operational communications at Allianz Technology.
This role is pivotal in articulating the transformation strategy to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with Allianz Technology's purpose, vision, and mission.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with different departments and report directly to the Global Communications & Reputations Team.
What you do • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that effectively convey the tech topics to various stakeholders, ensuring consistent and coherent messaging across all channels.
• Create high-quality, multimedia content (articles, presentations, videos, briefings & talking points, social media posts, etc.) that translates the company and its objectives into compelling and engaging communication initiatives, including C-level communication activities and executive positioning of Executives across internal and external channels.
• Harmonize project communications with the overarching transformation messages and Allianz Technology's Strategy, creating an accessible and cohesive communication framework that ensures clarity and consistency across all channels.
• Maintain editorial oversight of internal and external communication to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.
• Take ownership of the strategic planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive global communication projects and campaigns.
This includes managing initiatives across a variety of subjects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing the company's global presence through effective and innovative communication strategies.
What you bring • Advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
• You have worked in a technology company or similar.
• Relevant work experience in corporate communications with proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies, executive positioning, and content creation as well as proven knowledge in AI for communications.
• Demonstrated experience in both finance and technology sectors, as it enables a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between financial operations and technological advancements.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with native (or near native) proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management.
• Demonstrated capability to drive topics with minimal input or oversight and manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
