COMMUNICATIONS PARTNER

Por qué te necesitamos? Communications Partner   At PAM UK, we are looking for a Communications Partner to join our People and Culture team.
The role will be responsible for shaping and implementing our internal communications strategy, focussing on engaging, and impactful communications.
You’ll be producing high level communications in multiple medias including; social media, videos and newsletters.
We’re also looking for someone to come in with fresh, new and exciting ideas of implementing new ways of communication, assisting with our talent attraction and retention.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track-record in developing and executing internal communication strategies, as well as the ability to craft compelling narratives.
There is the option to work from home part of the week, however the role will require a significant presence at our office and operational sites currently both located in Ilkeston but we are moving to a spanking new office in NG8PX from August.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and an appreciation of the importance of messaging · Creativity.
you’ll be able to generate innovative and engaging content · You’ll be comfortable with digital tools and technology, including AI applications · A people person with a curiosity and passion for creating great employee experiences   What you will be doing.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that is aligned with business objectives and purpose · Create dynamic and interesting communications tailored for various stakeholders within and outside of the organisation · Play a key role in the companies digital transformation journey, leveraging technology and AI for enhanced communication · Working closely with our people and marketing teams to align a consistent and unified brand image   Are PAM UK and Saint-Gobain inclusive employers?
