Color Developer Hours.
1st shift 7am-3.
pm, OT as needed.
Monday-Friday Salary.
$ The position is a 1 st shift position, reports directly to the Performance Improvement Manager and formulates and inspects product for color uniformity to meet customer requirements.
Areas of focus include.
Job Duties.
Developing formulas for wood stains by mixing pigments with paints/lacquers Determines composition of color sample Alters formulas if colors on product do not match colors on sample swatch Records formula ingredients/measurements/conditions for future reference Observes procedures in production painting/finish application to investigate causes of substandard color Other Duties and Responsibilities.
Follows all safety policies, procedures, and programs; is responsible for individual safety and the safety of others Establishes and maintains Company housekeeping standards Abides by the policies, procedures, and work rules established by the plant Benefits.

Normal work hours with occasional optional as well as mandatory overtime necessary to meet deadlines Normal office and manufacturing plant environments may include dust exposure, industrial solvents, liquids, and other materials.
The working environment will extend to both hot and cold conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS.
Must be capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to comply with government and company safety standards Job includes standing, bending, lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs., twisting, gripping, and stair climbing.
