As part of the Customer Experience & Concierge team, the Client Experience Manager plays a key role in managing and supporting Le Collectionist’s customers.
In addition, he/she is responsible for consolidating and actively developing the network of local partners, thus helping to strengthen the company’s strategic relationships.
At the same time, he/she is responsible for various administrative tasks necessary to the smooth running of the team and the efficient achievement of its objectives.
Objectives.
Customer management and support Le Collectionist.
Accompany our clients in the organization of their arrival and their tailor-made stay Provide quotations for services and experiences before and during the stay Ensure the smooth running of each stay Issue customer schedules Ensure follow-up by local teams Personalization of customer welcome Consolidation and development of the network of local partners.
Management of existing partner relationships in several destinations Enrich the network of partners and experience offers in existing destinations Development and opening of new destinations Production of guides and catalogs presenting destinations, services and experiences in several languages Administrative.
Complete management of client and supplier invoicing Constant updating of concierge tools Develop communication materials Contribute to the improvement of existing processes with support for the implementation of new toolsProfile.
