Objectives.
Before the season Collaborate with the concierge team to expand the Le Collectionist partner network and participate in the opening of new destinations (sourcing of new partners, restaurants, amazing locations).
Assist concierges in the complete management of these partners (negotiation, contracts edition, networking).
Update existing partners portfolio.
Contribute to the development of guides and catalogs of services and experiences.
During the season Support the concierge team on following up the client requests with our partners (request for availability and rates, confirm service reservations).
Restaurant and venue reservations.
Prepare quotes for experiences and services requested by clients before and during their stay.
Edit customer schedule before their arrival Grow during your internship ? Once you will be confident with all your tasks, you may be able to get your own clients handling them from A to Z.
Contribute to improving existing processes to standardize service quality and interdepartmental relations within the company.
egree in management, hospitality, or a related field.
luent in both French and English/Italian.
xcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
bility to work independently while collaborating effectively within the team.
ustomer-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

nowledge of concierge activities or the luxury industry is a plus.
