We’re looking for our next VP Product (Chief Product Officer) who can maintain and build upon the step change that we have brought to our product team.

You’ll drive product innovation, maintain our culture of velocity and impact, and ensure we are always ahead of the curve, building the product that millions of users rely on every day.

Lead and scale our product team, fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Ensure that we maintain and accelerate our product velocity, ensuring tight timelines from discovery to delivery.
Drive the development and execution of a product strategy that results in meaningful, measurable growth for Glovo’s business.
Partner closely with senior leaders to define the long-term product vision and ensure alignment across the company.
Continuously innovate by identifying new opportunities for product improvements and customer engagement.
Maintain a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring every product release is backed by deep insights and measurable impact.
Ensure that product releases are aligned with Glovo’s core values, culture, and commitment to excellence.

A track record of driving product velocity and delivering on ambitious product roadmaps.
