Ensure consistent execution of dishes according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service flow.
Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with HACCP and company standards.
Monitor portion control and minimise food waste.
Contribute to menu development and implementation of seasonal items.
Train and mentor junior chefs and Commis working within the section.
