Manage changes that are raised by VNO Change Management customer.
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business.
Be accountable for checking the level of quality of CRQs (documentation); Support Change owners during the preparation of changes; Support the change owner to verify the impact of the changes to the operated services within Vodafone; Ensure that all change requests are properly evaluated and authorised by the relevant parties; Recommend and execute improvement actions; Be accountable for process compliance within the scope of change management; Generate regular reports on Change Mgmt performance.

Network Services and Cloud; Change Management (ITIL); Service Management (ITIL); Communication skills; Change Management Processes knowledge; Very good spoken and written skill in German and English.
