Job Description As a Cash Office Responsible you will be responsible for managing the cash office in the store.
You will play an important role in training and informing the store staff on routines as well as analysing KPI´s, sales and cost figures and providing analytical input to the store management team.
You will act as Sales Advisor when needed and provide excellent customer service.
Some responsibilities include.
Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required.
Complete and ensure all cash office and safety routines regarding money handling.
Complete all hour/payroll calculations and reports.
Proactively prevent administration mistakes and cash losses and follow up daily on cash status and report mistakes correctly.
Taking ownership of the store audit result.
Qualifications As a person, you have a positive attitude, and you communicate with warmth, and you dare to be personal and genuine.
You always have our customer top of mind and ensure a high level of customer service by being available, attentive and responsive to the customer's needs.
You are efficient, team oriented and you have the will to drive sales in the store and take ownership of the store's profitability.
