Who is CCS CAI? CCS stands for Contact Center Services and CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence.
So, the core of CCS CAI unit is to design, internationally deliver and run VoiceBots for Allianz entities worldwide.
The VoiceBot team within the CCS team delivers robotics voice solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms.
The VoiceBot team is currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation and operations of the environment.
What you do • Manage international VoiceBot projects, overseeing their implementation from start to finish.
• Set up project organization, calculate business cases, and design implementation roadmaps.
• Lead an international project team comprising internal experts and external subcontractors.
• Track project milestones to ensure completion within quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Request and manage internal and external project resources to achieve project objectives.
• Work self-organized, enjoying the dynamics of a cross-cultural team environment.
• Measure project progress and report status and specific information to stakeholders regularly What you bring • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating and facilitating complex projects, ensuring delivery of objectives and tracking progress against deadlines.
• Ability to assess project issues and devise solutions that meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous for effective stakeholder engagement across international teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, policies, and procedures, with the ability to enforce them effectively.
• Experience in conducting regular status meetings and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals.
