BUSINESS PROCESSES ARCHITECT & CONFIGURATION OWNER

We're looking for a Business Processes Architect & Configuration Owner for a multinational company focused on innovating, optimizing and managing the supply chains of leading brands.This role is requested to coordinate and support the Business Processes description, analysis and standardization, to facilitate the proper configuration of the Advanced WMS to be implemented in HAVI.Main functions:Strategy: Study and analyse, re-design, re-define and standardize warehouse processes to later contribute to the configuration and final WMS implementation template.Planning and processes: plan and gatekeep, together with Vendor’s Technology and HAVI IT and SCO, needed approved developments on due time and budget.Management: coordinate SCO, HAVI IT and Vendor’s Technology in all those activities conducing to the best possible coverage and/or optimization of the studied processes. Escalation and information: Keep the WMS Board informed on all those critical aspects in the area of processes definition, standardization and System configuration, that require immediate decision making and actions to be decided on that levelEnable cooperation and coordination between SCO and the Technical areas involved in the WMS configuration, as well as among SCO members themselvesReview the demand for resources and ensure provision of appropriate ones.Enable creating a WMS environment where the warehouse employees at each level can work efficiently and effectively.Determine, implement and enable implementation of corrective/preventive actions needed during the alignment on processes definition and system configurationRequirements:Minimum 7 years in Technical and/or Operations area of a multinational logistics or manufacturing company, with a minimum of 3 years working in multifunctional teams with different relationship lines.High level of English spoken and written.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Technical and operational knowledge or ability to get it easily.Availability to travel.Combine field work with office work.Proactive and positive approach.Analytical orientation.Dynamic and flexible; ready to work in different situations and environments obtaining results.Problem solving and continuous improvement natural approachIf you are a dynamic, proactive person, goal oriented; this is your position! 😎We offer you the possibility of teleworking and a very attractive remuneration package (health insurance, life insurance, restaurant tickets, and more!) 🍴🏥💰👌We are a company committed to gender equality, this process will be carried out respecting the principle of non-discrimination and equal opportunities, universal recruitment and will be based on the merits and abilities of the candidates.
