We have been managing challenges and solving problems for our clients in the areas of compliance, business processes and many others.MIGx interdisciplinary teams from Switzerland, Spain and Georgia have been taking care of projects in the fields of M&A, Integration, Application, Data Platforms, Processes, IT management, Digital transformation, Managed services and compliance.About the profile Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead in order to lead the BI Team and support some development initiatives we currently have.Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success.Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, and regularly monitor progress towards goals.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights, ensuring the BI team delivers solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.Utilize advanced BI tools (f.i. Power BI) to design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, andEstablish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of BI solutions.Conduct regular audits and assessments of BI systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols in all BI initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and prioritize BI projects.Communicate insights and findings to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, leveraging data visualization and storytelling techniques.Requirements - Must haveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (5 years) in a BI or analytics role, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and project management.Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard design, report development, and data modeling.Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Experience with ETL tools and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) a plus.Requirements - Nice to haveMaster's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.Programming skills in Python.
