About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Intern BI analyst to join our company and support our data-driven decision-making processes.
The BI analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our data analytics strategy, collecting, and analysing large datasets, and generating insights through tools such as PowerBI to inform our policies and practices.
Responsibilities.
Design and implement the data analytics strategy.
Analyse large datasets using data mining and reporting tools to identify patterns and generate insights.
Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility through efficient data management processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the department's data analytics capabilities.
Qualifications Requirements.
Business or Economics final-year student or graduate Good knowledge of SQL, DAX, and PowerBI.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to innovate and to build solutions and processes that can scale.
