Tasks
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative, you'll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market, learning fast and delivering real impact.
What would your day-to-day look like?
Client-facing responsibilities:

Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
Proactive prospecting: When needed, go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calls.

Overall responsibilities

CRM management: Maintain clean, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize outreach, and maximize conversion.

Requirements
ABOUT YOU

Experience: You already had direct exposure to clients or customers, whether in sales, customer support, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or any other client-facing role (internships included). Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus, but not a requirement.
German: Strong professional proficiency (min required: C1+ level).
English: Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
Resilience & ambition: “Quick start” mentality with high production output.
Adaptability: Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
