Your main task will be to provide valuable assistance in managing the business development process and adding new properties to the Collection catalog.
Your main missions will be.
Support the sourcing of new luxury properties.
assist the Business Development Manager in the active search for new properties in key destinations, market analysis, competition analysis Help assess the suitability of properties according to selection criteria and market needs Ensure that properties meet all required quality and service standards Contribute to negotiations with owners to establish favorable partnerships Collaboration and coordination of the process of adding new properties to the Collection catalog under the supervision of the Business Development Manager Ensure administrative management, including data collection and updating Work closely with internal teams, including Collection Managers, Rental Managers and Marketing teams Assist in the preparation of presentations and training materials for Sales team Prepare analysis and reports for managementDegree in management, business or related fieldBe fluent in Spanish and EnglishInterest in business development, negotiation and project managementExcellent communication, organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsResults-oriented and willing to learn and actively contribute to the company’s growth objectivePassion for the luxury property rental and travel industry
