Reporting to the Group Financial Planning & Reporting Director, your responsibilities and duties will be:
Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies. Analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights to guide the company's strategic direction.
Ensure Reporting Accuracy and Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of the company's financial standing.
Support Business Strategy Initiatives: Act as a key financial advisor, collaborating with various departments to assess the financial implications of business decisions. Provide strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance and growth.
Drive Cost Control and Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements. Champion profitability by optimizing operational and financial processes.
Manage Risk and Safeguard Assets: Develop and enforce risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks. Ensure robust internal controls are in place to protect the company’s assets.
Optimize Internal Financial Processes: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and internal controls for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing financial team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in financial management.
