BUSINESS CENTER MANAGER – INSURANCE IN MADRID, SPAIN (M\/F)

They are looking for an experienced BC Manager to play a pivotal role in driving their growth in Europe, overseeing shared services and building a culture of excellence in middle and back-office operations.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Main goal.
to establish and lead a center of excellence, driving operational capabilities and providing exceptional support to enable successful international expansion in Europe.
· Build operational capabilities to support company’s international expansion in Europe.
· Establish and lead a center of excellence for providing services and capabilities to countries within the International Insurance blueprint.
· Develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and service-level agreements across various functions.
· Oversee shared services support to European and UK branches, focusing on middle and back-office underwriting operations.
· Ensure efficient processes, compliance with regulations, and optimize operations.
REQUIREMENTS · Experience.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a leadership role within Shared Services, specifically in the insurance industry.
This experience will provide the necessary foundation and understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the field.
· Techincal skills.
A comprehensive understanding of middle and back-office underwriting operations, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and compliance, is highly desirable.
· Soft skills.
An entrepreneurial and structured mindset, coupled with leadership abilities, will contribute to fostering a culture of excellence.
Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities are important for driving the organizationâs growth and success.
Furthermore, the candidate should possess relationship-building skills both internally and externally, establishing and nurturing effective partnerships.
· Language Skills.
The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish.
