Additionally, they will be tasked with creating clear and efficient workflow diagrams to enhance operational effectiveness. This role involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and auditing processes.Responsibilities:Investigate and understand all existing company processes and procedures thoroughly.Document each process comprehensively, including steps, roles involved, tools used, and potential areas for improvement.Design visually clear workflow diagrams that represent processes from start to finishCollaborate with relevant teams to implement process improvements as necessary.Develop and maintain a KPI tracking system to measure process performance.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and propose corrective actions when necessary.Provide training and guidance to employees on newly implemented processes.Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements):Minimum requirements:Previous experience in roles related to process documentation, project management, or process consulting.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in written and spoken English at an advanced level.Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement.Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Basic understanding of information technology and enterprise systems.Value added requirements:Advanced proficiency in process mapping software.Certification in process management or business analysis: CBPP ® or CBAP ® Experience with process automation tools.Experience in conducting training sessions.Data analysis skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or SQL.Change management expertise: Demonstrated track record of process improvement.Talents:Team WorkingCritical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex processes.Attention to Detail: Ensuring that workflow diagrams are clear and comprehensive.Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to changing priorities.Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation of ideas, and the ability to convey complex information in a understandable manner.Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from various departments to gather information, validate process documentation, and implement improvements, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.Time Management: Effective prioritization and organization of tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly within established timelines.
