Job Overview.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Brand Manager to join our client's Games team.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management, overseeing iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities.
Brand Strategy & Planning.
Develop and execute long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Product & Portfolio Management.
Lead the management of the product portfolio, including launching new products, optimizing existing ones, and redesigning packaging.
Sales Performance.
Monitor sales performance proactively, collaborating with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth.
Product Briefings & Launches.
Create and manage product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation.
Collaboration & Communication.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs.
Market Research & Insights.
Support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gather insights on market trends and brand performance.
Training.
Assist in training internal teams on new product features and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication.
Qualifications.
Degree.
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor/Master/Diploma).
Marketing Knowledge.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development.
Brand Management.
Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Industry Affinity.
Interest in toy products, with knowledge of the toy market being a plus.
Language Skills.
Fluent in both French and English; other languages are a plus.
Experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar brand management or marketing role, supporting brand strategies and product development.
Retail Knowledge.
Familiarity with the French retail landscape is required.
